Thank you for choosing us! Before booking, please note the following rules: Please arrive to our appointments with a clean face and mask. No exceptions. Lash baths are $20 and will be charged if you arrive with makeup. Late Cancellation Fee: If your appointment is not canceled 24 hours in advance, a 50% late cancellation fee will be charged. A no-call, no-show within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% no-show fee being charged to your credit card. Same day appointment:If you don’t have an appointment and there’s nothing available, but you call to book, please understand that there will be an automatic $25 booking fee. Tardy for the party : We understand that we may be behind sometimes. However, there is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there’s an additional charge of $10. After 15 minutes, an automatic $25 up-charge fee will be due. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled & recorded as no call, no show; you will be responsible for paying the 50% fee. If you have a package, the same late cancellation fee applies, as well as a $50 cancellation fee. Please read the rules for packages when booking. After 30 days, one package will expire. Packages are like coupons that will expire if not used. All appointments should be canceled or rescheduled through email confirmation in advance any appointments cancelled last minute by provider charges will be added. Deposit fees contributes to the service cost. We do not offer refunds. Emergency Appointments:If you need an emergency appointment, please request one. There is a flat fee of $50 for emergency appointments, which is not included in the service. Lash training : If you’re interested in starting your own business or expanding your services, we offer lash training, coaching, and refresher courses. Cancellation Policy
